Kaumatua news

Koia Ki A Tu is a Maori adaptation of tai chi; it is a gentle, low impact class aimed to support our kaumatua to improve their strength and balance. But we are more than a community class, many of our members talk about the great social and spiritual health they gain from attending.

Please contact Nadine Young on 0800 292 782 for more information. ALL WELCOME.
